It’s ok to be NOT OK

In this era of technology, programmed machines, updating gadgets with a new version each day has prime importance. This can be similar to training and updating our minds with different ways of responding whenever we experience various emotions.

We humans, are full of emotions, we are not bound to react or respond in a specific pattern even though in similar situations. Our response is spontaneous and mainly driven by our mental ability to handle them. Instead of striving and trying hard to remain positive all the time, let us also welcome the so-called negative emotions.

Life has both, it bloom,it fade and it bloom again, the cycle repeats! Enjoy both. It’s worth living in present and experiencing each emotions to it’s fullest.

There is nothing called perfection when it comes to humans. There will be flaws, there will be darkness, there will be errors often. Like darkness and light, like white and black, like wisdom and stupidity, there will always be both negative and positive aspects to all our emotions.

Since our childhood we are taught the lesson of being strong i.e. not to cry, not to get disappointed, not to get angry, not to remain sad and as a whole, they are termed as negative emotions and they are not meant to feel those emotions if we are a strong person.

Normally we all try hard not to have these emotions and the more we try, we tend to attract them. The real lesson is to have all these emotions and not let them lead us in the wrong path.

It’s ok not to be in-flow,
It’s ok to feel sad,
It’s ok to feel struck,
It’s ok to feel irritated
It’s ok to feel Empty,
It’s ok to feel Lonely,
It’s ok to get Angry,
It’s ok to get Bored,
It’s ok to Cry,
It’s ok to feel cheated,
It’s ok to feel Confused,
It’s ok to feel Helpless,
It’s ok to feel left out,
It’s ok to have setbacks,
It’s ok to regret,
It’s ok to feel guilty,
It’s ok not to feel anything at all and,
It’s ok to Feel Whatever you feel………….

Just remember it’s ok to feel or not to feel anything at all. We are driven by plenty of emotions. It’s impossible to function as a programmed robot in a controlled way, let me remind here even machines get stuck sometimes, so it’s ok to fall.

We fall we rise, we cry we laugh, we get bored we cheered up, we feel anxious we get calm, it’s like being on a roller coaster, there is no single permanent phase. We all are in a cycle which keeps repeating itself numerous times.

Always having positive emotions without any negative phases is impossible. Good Vibes Only! Don’t work all the time. Avoiding negative emotions is just an escape and not the solution for it. Accepting them, feel them completely and managing them is an art that comes through a series of practices.

Whenever we get hurt or dejected rather than feeling helpless or victim and then cursing ourselves or others is not worth our time.Let those feelings get into us completely, learn to handle it and let us avoid our brain turning into a trash.

So just breathe, take your time and not burden yourself by trying to avoid negativity. Face them and just overcome, that’s it. I know it’s not that easy but it’s not at all impossible. The more we train ourselves to be positive and balanced always is not the way. We own all our emotions, so just not fight against them, handle them in a proper manner and definitely, they will help us to overcome the hards.

Always remember it’s we who decide the direction we choose. Keep it simple, walk your walk with all possible confidence and lessons. Truth is all others also have their own struggle, watch them handling and overcoming them, learn from all possible source. Last but not least with a smile on the face keep moving.

  1. It’s ok to had been not ok, it’s ok sometimes to be not ok, but it’s not ok to say everything is ok. We need to strive to make it ok. So, it’s not ok to be not ok.

  2. Sometimes it’s good to contrast what you like with something else. It makes you appreciate it even more…

In our childhood days we all react for every emotions but now we will realise and take some time & make it to be in writing..
It’s okay to be not okay
    Good work Anu 👏
